Tell me about it. My sister has the DVDs of Dark Angle…er Dark Angel. I borrowed them from her, and just couldn’t manage to get through more than two or three shows.

No second season for Firefly, but there is going to be a Dollhouse Season 2. Great Googly Moogly.

Well, looks like I’ll have to go back and watch season one on DVD, find out what I missed. At least I’m sure of one thing, that the worst episode of Dollhouse will be 10 times better than the best episode of Dark Angle.

Two things. I wanted to compliment you guys in having a guest reader this week. I often listen to Well Told Tales and I like the reader’s voice.

I would call this the “genetic engineering” subgenre of SF. I’ve made some forays into writing in it but haven’t been able to pull it off. I guess it’s just not my thing. But like I said, still a good story.

I don’t know about Dollhouse, but Firefly didn’t go free to air. Serenity (the movie) was given a huge amount of advertising by our local cinema, but they didn’t even show it. Our family doesn’t have any of the pay-TV services, so I can’t tell you what the deal is there.

It will come out on DVD soon, I’d imagine, and we’ll buy it and watch it all end to end. If Firefly’s anything to go by, I’m really looking forward to that weekend…

Well, Cameron, we talked all about Joss Whedon’s show, Dollhouse. We did give away some really cool moments to the show, so if you haven’t seen it, and you want to or plan to, then I would wait until after to listen to the prattle half of the show.

Do you guys get to see Dollhouse out there in Australia? Or do you just have to wait until it hits DVD? It’s not like it was a big deal show, so I don’t know what would motivate an Australian network to pick it up and show it. Do you get FOX out their, maybe via satellite or something?

Anyway, that’s what you missed.
