I thought this was a great story. I wondered where it was going at first, but then it built very nicely. It would have been easy to go overboard on sentimentality, but I thought the emotion was handled well.

Don’t worry about UP! being so late—it doesn’t open in .au until September. It’s all about the first four days at the box office…

Yeah, I’ve got to apologise about our UP episode being so late. Part of it was me editing it slowly, part of it was vacation, part of it was bandwidth issues, and we ended up switching an episode’s order, as well as splitting it in two, so it just didn’t happen on time (or even close to it).

I hope we can get our coverage of the movie on here in time for the DVD release.

I liked the story, although I did find myself speculating on how it was going to end… was she the ghost, was he, would she try to kill herself, could she save him… Kinda took me out of the story.

And dangit, all that titillation about Up! What a brilliant piece of art. My kids are all grown up, but I’m sure I’ll buy it when it becomes available.
