Episode 118: Beachcombing by Ray Cluley
When Tommy touches an object, he gets an impression from whoever has touched it before. He wanders the beach each day, combing it for discarded items that may in fact be lost treasures.
Afterward, Rish and Big talk beaches, their power, their allure, and the sharks that patrol their waters. Outtakes

Thank you to all for doing such a great job with this. I loved this production, all those little extras made it a joy to hear.
And a scary story about sharks, too – the sea would have been distinctly warm around me for a moment had I been the one in the water.

And, er, you know you were still recording at the end, right…?

I love your stories. And I like your productions most of the time; this one, for example, was exquisite. I prefer narration to audiodrama, however, and making a full-cast narration doesn’t really work, does it. If someday you turn to be full-cast full-drama audiodrama, I’m afraid I’ll be less often listening to you. Currently, you are close to very good to my tastes.

Good show this week. By the by the name of the power the boy has is Psycometry. The ability to read the history of an object by touching it.
Best example is in the movie Vibes. Jeff Goldblum had it. Fun movie but impossible to find now.

So, Rish wandered into the ocean . . . “just to see what would happen?” Did I miss part of the story here?

If you have a bit of a romantic in you, and a taste for South American music, this song is along the lines discussed by Big and Rish:
